| Accident in Bratislava |
| Today at 12:30 on the endstation of the tramway in Dubravka the brakes of the parking tram released and the vehicle started to move toward downtown. The driver was not on the board. On the loopswitch the tram derailed and continued in motion. The two car unit demolished the endstation building and continued to the next stop at Saratov supermarket. Here the cars demolished the another station building and finaly stopped. The accident stopped the tram traffic for the rest of the day. Nobody was injured during the self movement of the tram. 20.2.2003 |
