General
Tiger Cub Scouts is the newest program within Cub Scouts. It's designed for boys in first grade and/or seven years old.

The basic structure is like any of the other Cub Scout programs. The boys are grouped into dens of five to nine boys and thier adult partners lead by a Den Leader.

The Tiger den meets twice monthly in den meeting, once a month for a "Go and See It," and once a month for a pack meeting. The den lead using a shared leadership concept, where meetings and "Go and See Its" are planned and lead by the Den Leader and the Tiger Cub Scout-Adult Partner team. This shared leadership concept continues through-out Cub Scouting.
