| Cub Scout Pack 222 is chartered by VFW Post #7945. The VFW Post is located at 10217 Quivas Street (located 1 block south of 104th Ave., approximately 1.5 miles west of I-25). Our pack primarily services the students at Riverdale Elementary School, located in Thornton, Colorado. The school has a population of approximately 500 students, of which 40 - 50 are members of the pack. Pack meeting are held the third Tuesday of every month, during the school year. Additionaly, events are scheduled throughout the summer. |

Recent Riverdale Elementary School held its Back-To-School night on Thursday, September 2nd and it was a great success. The pack's booth received a lot of attention and we hope to see many of you again at Sign-Up Night on September 21st.. |

Upcomming Pack Events Our first Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 14th, at the VFW Post. Our first Pack Meeting the following Tuesday at the Riverdale cafeteria. District Events The Valley District is holding it annual District Camporee on the weekend of September 24-26. Webelos should be looking to go with a local Boy Scout troop as part of thier Arrow of Light requirements, and the search for a Boy Scout troop to join following cross-over in February. Check with your Leader for more information. |
