The Greek empire (Religion)

The belief of the Greek is in polytheistic structure. The forces of nature were seen as powerful gods with human form. Unless man disturbs these gods, they are usually very friendly in their order. The Greek also believed that human beings were all very important and their gods were more perfect than mortals but a little less than absolutely perfect.

The Greek generally honor their gods in festival that included dramas, prayers, sacrificial offering and athletic competition. Their gods are shown in human form both in sculptures and painting.
