Cabin Fever Steak Fry

This  is an annual event put on by E.T.F.D. Emergency Association.

It is held at the  st.Vincent Depaul church on rt.254 in Elyria township.

This years event was attended by 402 people and was a great success.
The weather was spectacular
The Food was Incredible
and the drinking  made any imperfections disappear !

Doors opened at 6- pm and a line formed Immediately.

Brian ,Randy C, and I did most of the Grill Work and it was hot!
Tony C. said "If it's this hot aren't we supposed to be fighting it? "
 
Keeping up with a steady flow of Hungry People we were able to
"cook to order"
Rare ,Medium and Well done no problem...
sadly 3 steaks were lost to an unfortunate "spatula malfunction"

Rich B, and jody D.filled the plates,
and Eddie kept their supply coming.

Ray K. and Dave were working the beer bar.
where 10 keg's were finished off by the end of the night!

The rest of the members of the department as well as the Sirens
were working the floor,
selling Jello shots,raffles and tickets for the give aways !
