My Opinions About ¡®New Song-do City¡¯

As ¡®New Song-do City¡¯ in Incheon is an emerging issue these days in South Korea, we need to give careful consideration to this matter. There are lots of foreseeable problems on the construction of ¡®New Song-do City¡¯, however, I think ongoing project may have greater impact on South Korea in many areas compared to drawbacks of establishment. To put it shortly, our nation have more possibilities to derive lots of profit from the business. And the followings are what make me think so.

First of all, Korean will be able to achieve globalization through ¡®New Song-do City¡¯ enterprise. Becoming international of South Korea does not simply mean attracting foreigners from various kinds of countries to our country just in one place. We have some object in how foreigners think about our country. If we show developed and global figure of Korea to the visitors, they may regard South Korea as one of civilized member of the international community. The only way to get a friend is to become a friend with him, first.

Second of all, the composition of large-scale housing lots provides people with comfortable house and beautiful sight. Even though land values are on the increase, for the people in high-class, this event might be the great opportunity to build a large company. On the other side, for the people who are in middle class could secure residential districts through the formation of housing areas. By any chance, we are also able to prevent concentration of population in one particular city such as Seoul or Busan.

Third of all, we can expect profits to be great by giving every facility for foreigners. The tourist industry and investment in stocks through foreigners¡¯ activities in Korean company are expected to develop Korean economy. A lot of department stores, international business centers and even dicing houses furnish foreigners with comfortable condition and leaving a deep impression behind ¡®New Song-do City'.

To summarize, work process of ¡®New-Song-do City¡¯ has to be kept going, anyhow. If we cut off the business in this situation, we may waste another chances to be advanced to the international country. No matter what the people say against, it is true that Korean easily gets profits form this establishment. Therefore, we should task our energies into the construction of ¡®New Song-do City¡¯.
