Have you ever asked yourself �What will my child/children be like as an adult�? Will they glorify God and reap the benefits of obedience? Or will they glorify the world and reap the scars and waste along with it? Jesus said, �I came that they might have life and have it more abundantly�.
Satan came to kill still and rob you of that abundant life promised by Christ, just like he did thousands of years ago in the Garden of Eden. It has been said, �Give me a child the first six years of his/her life and you can do what you will with him/her thereafter.� It is during that short period that the bulk of a child�s personality, character, habits and intellectual makeup are established. There is hope! A parent is a blessing that cannot be traded in. Single parents must look beyond their anger and hurt, helping our children learn from the �short term loses� and turn them into long-term gains by persevering through trials. The battle for our children�s souls is clear. God says, �All your children shall be taught by the LORD, and great shall be the peace of your children� (Isaiah 54:13). Do you want peace for yourself, your children and grandchildren? There is only one way�..THROUGH JESUS!
We can choose to have a joyful attitude even in the mist of our trials. The attitude we choose will ultimately affect our children because they see us as their life connection. We are the one they call mom or dad. Today is a good time to make a change in your life and let God�s POWER strengthen you while increasing your faith in Him. You will know its God who strengthens you. He is the only one who can carry you when you can�t walk. We assume responsibility when we hold up both hands and say �Lord I surrender my all to you alone�.
It is my conviction to challenge you to reverse the curse! Surrender now and stop listening to what others are saying�..What will you say on that great day when you stand before Christ? What ever you say, it won�t matter. Either you have been a good and faithful servant or you may be told �depart from me, you worker of iniquity, I never knew you�. It�s time to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, while it is still day! Ephesians 6:5Make sure you attend this years workshop!
