As a mental health therpaist and educator, I have exptensive experience counseling and consulting with individuals, couples, families, and groups addressing a variety of issues.
I have a background in traditional psychology, as well as in Process-Oriented Psychology and Thanatology (the study of death and dying).
Using multiple healing modalities, I am able to offer a safe space in which people can reconnect with their innate creativity and wisdom.
My approach has inspired those who seek to find solutions to identified problems, as well as those who wish to explore different potentials in themselves and to live more fully.
I am fluent in English and Japanese and have worked as a therapist in both Japan and the United States.
