The Board of Directors of the Crystal Springs Home Owner's Association has created this web site for two reasons.

One, so that we may better communicate with you, the home owner. We want to share with you our decisions, and we will do this by publishing the minutes of our meetings. We want to be able to develop a community spirit with community events. We also want you to be aware of your rights and obligations as a Crystal Springs home owner.

Second, we want to hear from you. We want to know if you think we are doing a good job, as well as know if you think we could do a better job. We want to know about problems in our Association. Feel free to send an email to: [email protected]
