The Apollo Invitational up in St. Cloud has come and gone. As usual the weather was hot and humid. Despite the hot weather, many Cardinal runners ran personal bests. Troy Dey took 13th place in the varsity race by running 17:36. The top 6 runners all ran under 19:30. Even the top 2 Junior Varsity runners broke the 20 minute mark.
