Cardcaptors is a show about a a magical book, and its contents. One day, while going through her father's library, a girl named Sakura Avalon chances upon a book, a magical book. When she opens it, she realeases the Windy Card, which manages to blow all of the other cards away. To her surprise, Keroberos, the Guardian Beast of the Clow cards, also rises from the book, and from then on her entire life is changed. She finds out that, since she opened the book, she must be the one to return all of Clow Reed's cards to their rightful place: in the Book of Clow. With the help of Kero, and Clow Reed's magic, Sakura embarks on her magical quest to collect all of the cards and contain their power. Along the way she makes new friends, allies, and even enemies......
