CRRC provides training to the volunteers after arrival in Nepal. The duration of training depends upon the length of the program you choose.
Phase one
This phase of training is conducted for 4 days in a hotel inside Kathmandu area. During these days, volunteers will be provided five to six hour's of training per day. The training will include: Basic talkative Nepali language-> 3 hours Cultural Information> 2 hours Social and Environmental issue-> 1 hours You will get help from other volunteers while staying at hotel. You can enjoy your days with sight seeing and shopping when you get free . CRRCNepal provides your accommodation in hotel at Thamel and Patan.
Phase two
We provide training in local village around Kathmandu valley and you have to stay in same village with local families enjoying Nepalese tradition, culture and food. it will help to get information about villager and their community. After finishing this training we can stay with same community or we can give some other villages for volunteer work. we will provide platform to work with community according to your subject and interest. that may be school, local NGO's or CBO's.
