Welcome to the home page of CrowKart Racing. We race primarily in Southern Illinois and surrounding areas. We do not race anywhere weekly, but visit all the area tracks hitting as many special shows as possible. January 22, 2005 OKS Nationals at the Southern Illinois Center in DuQuoin, IL.
The racing season for us is over. November , 2004 Ran at the Southern Illinois Center in DuQuoin, IL. After a horrible start and almost getting lapped in the first heat we came back with a respectable second in the feature in Stock Medium. September 25, 2004 Season finale for Junkyard International. Pulled off a come from behind win in Stock Medium. September 24, 2004 Weekly show at Bedrock Raceway. Third place in Stock medium. September 11, 2004 Burris Summer Shoot Out at Bond County Speedway. In stock medium ran second in both heat races, and held off some hard charges to take top honors in the main. September 10, 2004 Weekly show at Bedrock Raceway. First place in Stock medium. September 4, 2004 They held a kart race at the DuQuoin State Fair this year. We took first in the stock medium class. August 15, 2004 Attended the Sweet Corn and Watermelon Festival Race at Belle Rive Speedway on a hot Sunday afternoon. After taking the top spot in both prelims, we finished a strong 2nd in the main. July 24, 2004 BSSS race number 2 at Bedrock Raceway. We made it to the track just in time for it to start raining. After about an hour of sprinkles the show was called. July 16, 2004 Attended Bedrock Raceway. Mother nature decided to end the show at intermission. Thus, we were paid by starting position, which gave me second place in Stock Light and Medium. June 19, 2004 Burris Summer Shoot Out event at Bedrock Raceway. Ran 3rd in heat one. Made some adjustments for heat 2 and ran 6th. Did a little more tweaking which resulted in a reasonable 3rd for the feature running Stock Medium. June 5, 2004 Had an off night at Junkyard International. After starting strong and winning 2 heats, my handling went away and I never did get the kart right the rest of the night. I ended up 2nd in Medium (6 karts) and 3rd in Lights (4 karts). May 22, 2004 First night out at Junkyard International. Won stock lite (12 karts) and stock medium (10 karts) with power from Musgrave Racing Engines. May 21, 2004 Pictures of the new kart are on the home page now. February 5, 2004 I have added a page with some of my Generally tracks. October 15, 2003 The racing season for us is over. |
