INNKEEPER
Innkeepers provide places to rest for travelers and visitors who don't want to sleep in tents. Sleeping at an Inn is just like sleeping in a building. Some Inns go so far to offer extra services such as Spas or Room Service that deliver food. Innkeepers run these inns, checking in people, taking reservations, and cleaning the area. You must spend 20 minutes a day cleaning the Inn. Subtract 4 minutes for every Level higher than 1 you are at.

INNKEEPER'S SERVICES
Innkeepers provide people places to sleep, sometimes with extra perks. While not necessary, one who wants to keep their stats and health high would do well to sleep here when they cannot go elsewhere. Innkeepers often different types of rooms, listed in the Extensions section. Costs for normal rooms should be fairly low, enouraging people to stay instead of sleeping in a tent.

BECOMING AN INNKEEPER
Innkeepers rely on people who want luxury rather than settling for less. The Inn really provides services and benefits you can get elsewhere but it may be inconvinient to. Thus, Inns must attract people with low prices. Having high prices will not attract people. With low prices, some people can even afford to practically live at Inns, giving you a steady source of income. Also remember that the more rooms you have, the more people you can house. Offer discounts and specials at certain times to encourage people to come. Tourism can be a big source of your income, so advertise and encourage people to go to festivals.

BARKEEPER
Barkeepers have pubs or taverns that sell drinks. Bars are social hangouts and great places to go to be with groups of other people and converse. Bars are where you can drink, watch performances by entertainers, talk with others, and play games. For each of the different types of beverages below, you can sell 6 drinks for each time you make the beverage.

BARKEEPER'S WARES

3. Wine: Creation Time: 20 hours   ~   Materials Needed: None   ~   Prof. Level Required: 3   ~   Cost: 5 rupees
Wine is a step up from the common beers and is stronger. One of the most popular drinks to order at bars.
4. Strawberry Wine: Creation Time: 1 day   ~   Materials Needed: Strawberries   ~   Prof. Level Required: 3   ~  Cost: 8
A variation of normal wine that has a strawberry flavor. Is a good change from normal wine.
5. Milk Products: Purchased From: Ranch Owner
Milk products are popular among the Terminians, and are starting to catch on with other races. They have
beneficial purposes that other drinksdo not, but you must buy them from the Ranch Owner. You can usually get
discounted prices, so talk to the Ranch Owner.

WARES BENEFITS
The Barkeeper's wares have no benefits other than becoming more alchohol-tolerant. You can normally only drink 3 beers or 1 wine before passing out. For each beer you drink you get 1 point, and for each wine you get 3. When you get 5 points, for every five points you can drink one more beer, and for every ten you can drink one more wine. It can be fun increasing your tolerance levels, but it has no real purpose.

BECOMING A BARKEEPER

The barkeeper position is rather sticky. All of the drinks that can be sold either have no purpose or can be gotten elsewhere, probably for cheaper. A barkeeper relies on the fact that a bar is a social hangout and if people want to interact with others, this is the spot to go. Use other methods to draw people in. Host card tournaments, have a "happy hour", hire entertainers to perform. These can all increase business. So, how do you make money? Here are a few methods.

1. Membership Fee
: You can choose make your bar members-only, thus giving members a more "elite" status and
making them feel special. While there are different ways to choose members, one is to have a fee people must pay
to become a member. The fee can be higher than the other methods, thus generating some nice money, but you
    only get it once.

2. Cover Charge
: Another way to generate revenue is to charge people to enter. This can provide a nice stream of
income, but paying to enter is a turn-off to most people, especially if they have to do it every time they come. It's best
to just implement cover charges in certain situations, such as when a popular entertainer is performing or when
the bar is getting full and you can't have many more people come in. If this is instituted on a regular basis, the
charge should be very low, like 1 or 2 rupees.

3. Drink Requirement
: Requiring people to have a certain number of drinks is a way to actually make sure you sell
the products you're getting. This is rather fair, especially when you only make people have one drink.

You can use a combination of the above methods, but keep in mind that people aren't willing to spend a lot of money at a bar to get things they don't need. You don't have to implement any either, but then you're relying on people buying things themselves. A good way to draw customers is with gambling games, such as blackjack and roulette (respective tables are needed to play). You set up the exact rules and conduct the process yourself.
