Overseer Abuse Guide
Even though I go through a very craeful process of selecting only the best players to become Overseers, sometimes bad things can happen. I think the title of this as "Overseer Abuse" is a bit harsh... the Overseer simply could have made a mistake or misjudged something. Nonetheless, if you believe that an Overseer has done something that he shouldn't have, that he is biaed, that he is cheating for his own gain, or anything else in which he abuses the power he has been given, then read this guide on how to help change that.
THE STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO MAKING EVERYTHING PEACHY AGAIN

STEP 1: NOTIFY AN OVERSEER OF A HIGHER RANK
Tell the Overseer that you think you/others have been mistreated by an Overseer. Tell your side of the story. If the higher-ranked Overseer sees that something might be wrong,  continue on to Step 2.

STEP 2: CONTACT THE ACCUSED OVERSEER
Contact the Overseer that you believe abused his/her power. Give them the situation that you have brought up. Tell them to contact the same Overseer you contacted to present their side of the story.

STEP 3: WAIT FOR A RESPONSE
The higher-ranked Overseer will come to a conclusion and notify both you and the accused Overseer of his decision. Allow him time to give a response.

STEP 4: CONTESTING
If you are satisfied with the results, skip this step. If you believe the higher-ranked Overseer made a poor decision, you can contest his decision and bring it to an even higher-ranked Overseer. You may only do this once. If there are no higher ranks, then you cannot contest any further. The process is the same for contesting, but you may use the same stories.

STEP 5: RESULTS
If the higher-ranked Overseer favors you, the decision he made is overturned; in other words, it never happened. If the decision drastically affected your character, your character is returned to his status before the decision, and all events stemming from the decision (i.e.- that wouldn't have happened without it) are gone. If the Accused Overseer's decision is favored, then things stay the same and your reporting priviledges will be changed.

REPORTING PRIVELEDGES
Keep in mind that this sustem has been made to help you become treated more fairly.  However, not always are you right, and if you whine and complain anything happens that you don't like, the Overseers are going to get annoyed. Therefore, your priviledges to report such abuses can be changed, based on the number of times you have been decided against. Here's the list below

         *
1 Time: Normal Priviledges - A warning is given to be more careful of your reporting.
         *
2 Times: Reduced Priviledges - You must get another person to agree with you on a subject to have it
                   introduced.
         *
3 Times: Minimum Priviledges - You must get three other people to agree with you on a subject to have it
                   introduced.
         *
4 Times: Revoked Priviledges - You may not report any abuses.

Reporting Priviledge levels can be increased in two ways. Two correct contests result in the increase of one level. Also, after a time period of one week, your level will rise up. If you are sent down to any level three times, you will permanently stay there unless an Elite Overseer or higher decides to allow you to move up. If your priviledges are revoked and you truly feel you have been mistreated, you can always get others to report for you. Note if an Overseer declares you wrong and you contest it, being stated wrong again, that counts as two times. If you are declared wrong then right when you contest it, it counts as no times.
