Born on January 25, 2001 at 1:00 AM EST at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida. René-Charles is the first child of Céline Dion and fourth of husband/manager René Angélil. He weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces. Mom and baby are healty and doing great.
René-Charles was baptized on July 25, 2001, as a Melkite Catholic at the Notre Dame Basillica in Montréal. Several celebrities attended the event including Garou, with whom Céline currently has a #1 hit duet called "Sous le vent" available now on Garou's debut album, Seul. |
