UPDATED INFO: Am in contact with birth mother via letters. ISO half and full siblings as well as birth father or his family! I located Georgia E Sheridan(maiden name) however... STILL ISO James L Dobbs bd 7-11-27 OR 7-11-25 born in Athens TN and has lived in many states from GA to WA and.... 1930 census stated his father David L Dobbs bn abt 1898, mother Myrtle M (Cloud unsure of spelling, full blood Cherokee) bn abt 1904, Dollie bn abt 1921, Ethel bn abt 1923; as well as a younger brother must have been born after 1930 from records I have. Both he and his father were said to be painters and David died from an on the job injury in mid 60s. His mother Myrtle went back to TN when he was a young boy. There are siblings, half and full, one full sibling was born and adopted out of WA area before 1972. Possible other full siblings as well; ran across a post with a JKevin ISO same parents. Maybe born in TX? Half siblings born to Georgia, their father (who divorced in 1965) Paul Germeau (passed around2000) State took custody of them and one had died 4-29-71, Michael, hit by a truck while walking to school. He was 8 years old and living with foster parents Mr & Mrs Leo G Steiner in Lynnwood WA. Another child was named Paula or Pauline...as well as possible other one. Unsure if James had any other children, none stated in papers however he had been married at least 5 times before Georgia. Paul Germeau was a twin, his brother died when they were kids.

I am looking for my birth sister she was born 06/00/64. At St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove Indiana or some list as Indianapolis. She is 10 mos younger than I. The Dr. that delivered was George B. Keanan. I was also 10 when I found out that I was adopted. My Maternal Grandparents adopted me. I learned resently that my mother at age 13 gave birth to a daughter at home and the doctor took the baby with him when he left the house. I just found this site. I was born on Nov. 7, 1950. I have been doing a lot of searching and I am fairly confident I have found the death record of my birth mother. She was born in New York in 1919. Her name was Dolly Bertha Newman. She married my father, George Donald Nickel on March 24, 1948 in California. I was born in Torrance, California. The name on the records (whited out) is Patricia (Patsy) Nickel. According to the records (non-identifying) I have a full brother born June 1948. The death info is in her maiden name, Newman, which makes sense since she had separated from my father. At the time of her marriage to my father the name on the marriage record is Dolly Bertha Matujasek, from a previous marriage. I have done quite a lot of searching and feel that if I could just find an obituary or someone who recognizes this info, I might find the brother. I don't know if the father or my brother are still living, but I don't seem to turn up anything. Just thought I'd give this a try. Thanks for any help you can give. Meredith:)

One of my older sisters recently applied for a copy of her birth certificate and it stated that she was the third living child of Muriel (my mother). She is the second child that we know of. Muriel Marie Anderson was born on June 28, 1915, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. In the early 30's she went to work/live in the area of Evanston, Illinois. All I know about her is that she is 36 years old, her birthday is around the first of June and that she was adoted throught a christian single mom's home in Ohio. When my mom told me about her 13 years ago, i wanted to find her so bad , but I had noway of doing that. Now that I do have some ways of trying, I want to try. So far this is what I have been told by my mother she was sent to a childrens home in Lubbock Texas to have this child because she was young. He was born july 10, 1962. I am an adoptee searching for two birth siblings. I was born on June 26,1976 in Detroit, MI at Hutzel Hospital. My birth parents names were Patricia and William Neal Harrington. Hi, my name is Donovan Snyder, a 34 year old adoptee -who has allready found birth parents. The birth father was a bartender in Perryopolis Pa ("The Shamrock" -no longer in exsistance) in the late 1960's/early 1970's. His name is Joseph Martinak. Unfortunatly, though he was (and still is) married with 2 "ligitiamte" kids, he apparantly left many, many young girls alone and in trouble throughout Western Pa.
