Table Weight
Here's a shot of the rotory bushings on the kelly turning at 60rpm. These bushings have a squared bottom that sets into the table bushings. Another shot of the weight indicator after 40,000 pounds has been set on the bit. Slowly I might add.

Here' they're picking up 3 more joints of drill pipe for the next round of connections. The pipe lay across the V-door between the floor and the cat walk on the center tub.
Mike is setting the throatle to keep table turning as close to 60rpm's as possible.
