our 3-day guarantee the following conditions must apply:
- Your puppy must be
vetted within 3 days of picking it up. There are two
vetting options to consider. 1) You can use your own
vet. Please note you are responsible for your own
vet bill and any charges you incur, or 2) Take your puppy
to Wheaton Animal Hospital, 266 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn,
Illinois (630) 655-1500 and redeem the free health exam
included in the purchase price of your puppy. This
free exam is only good for 3 days and only at Wheaton Animal
Hospital.
- Despite what vet you
choose, a written letter must be dated within 3 days of
the pick-up date of the puppy and state the puppy's exact
health problem - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID.
Contact information must be provided so we can validate
the condition with the examining vet.
- You must contact us
immediately, should a health problem arise within the first
3 day and after you have obtained a written explanation
from the vet.
- Neither intestinal
worms/parasite nor injuries are covered by this guarantee.
- We are not responsible
after 3 days.
- We are not, under any
circumstances, responsible for any part of the vet bill.
- NOTE: If all the conditions
above are met, the puppy may be returned for a full refund,
but will not be traded for another puppy (unless a replacement
is available at the time of return, but no future litters
will be considered for trade).

conditions
met in order to receiver your puppy's AKC papers)
- You will be issued a 20% off
spay/neuter certificate redeemable at Wheaton Animal Hospital, 266

is not a convenient location you are responsible for retaining your
own veterinary services and paying related fees.
- Females should be spayed by 6
months of age.
Males can be spayed anytime between the ages of 4 - 6 months, but no
later than 1 year of age.
- CrippleCreek requires a copy of

rabies certificate, that shows the dog was altered, or a written
letter from your vet (signed - not stamped) and dated, stating the
surgery was performed.
- Upon verification of surgery
and depending on location, papers can either be left at Wheaton
Animal Hospital or will be mailed to you within 7 - 14 business days
from the day verification information is received.
- If you decide NOT to comply
with this agreement then you have two options (at the time of sale).
1) CrippleCreek will issue you a limited registration of the dog
(meaning that if you choose to breed your animal, it will be
registered with the AKC, but any offspring will be excluded from
registration eligibility no matter who it is bred to) - All dogs
with full or limited registration can participate in any AKC
function, including showing, agility, and field trials., or 2)
CrippleCreek will remain the co-owner of the dog for a min/max of
five years, at which time full registration will be turned over as
long as you are the original owner.
- CrippleCreek reserves the right
to withhold registration papers on any of our dogs for a min/max of
11 months (from date of sale).
-
Keep
in mind these conditions have been implemented in the best
interest of CrippleCreek labs. Our puppies are not
intended for breeding and we are only watching out for their
best interest and that of the breed.

- I will take the dog
back with registration papers signed back over to
me. However, no refund or replacement will be
issued.
- At NO TIME, in this
dog's life, is it to be placed in a shelter or rescue
organization FOR ANY REASON (regardless as to whether or

animal to be placed in another home. I am to be
contacted and arrangements will be made to return to the
dog to my care or another suitable home, with my
approval, will be found. No refund or expense
reimbursement will be provided.
- If any of the above
conditions become reality, during this dog's lifetime, I
am to be contacted and given the opportunity to take my
baby back. CrippleCreek Labs are bred with love
and devotion and no matter what their age, they are
still our babies and their welfare is our main
concern. I can be reached at (630) 213-6474.
