***UNINTENTIONAL killing resulting from a defendant's reckless 
conduct which involves a very high degree of unjustifiable 
homicidal danger...

NOTE--this is the kinds of questions she poses on Multiple 
choice.

1. Firing a bullet into a room occupied by several people 
(Defendant knew this)

2. Shooting into a passenger train or a moving car occupied by 
human beings

3. Throwing a beer glass at one who is carrying a lighted oil 
lamp

4. Playing a game of Russian Roulette with another person... 
loading only one bullet into a gun and firing.

5. Shooting at a point near, but not aiming directly, at another 
person

6. driving a car at very high speeds along a main street

7. vigorously shaking an infant

At first glance, they don't seem like murder, but they are!!! 
Second degree murder....

Remember, there's no curve... ALL OF YOU CAN (will) GET AN 
A!!!
