                                                       In a small town in South India ,twenty  people were glued to a brand new TV set. There was an expectant hush in the room. Then suddenly everyone jumped up from their seats and starting laughing, hugging and shaking hands .The same kind of euphoric reactions could be seen all over India .People dancing on the streets, firecrackers in every corner, Sweets being distributed.
