Row 2 & alt rows, knit the purls & purl the knits.
Row 3: *P1, K1*.
Outer Panels;
Multiple of 9+3
Rows 1 and 3: *P3, k6,*,p3.
Rows 2,4,and 6: *K3, p6*, K3.
Row 5: *P 3, sl next 3 sts on to cable needle and leave at back of work, k3, k3 from cable needle*,p3.
