Telephone directories (white and yellow) are available for Australia and other countries around the world. The Australian white pages is linked to UBD maps that will show location as well as the telephone number.

Travel agents can access flight and accommodation information. Personal users can also access some of this information. Booking flights and accommodation around  the world can be done without a travel agent.

All types of files can be downloaded from databases eg video, music etc.
