14.3 Text editing
A character is the smallest amount of data that people can handle. The Insert key has the effect of overwriting or inserting text when toggled. Blocks of data can be cut and pasted. The block is selected with a mouse. It is copied with the shortcut CTRL + C. Then the mouse selects the new position and the block can be pasted with CTRL + V.
