Installment Sales Contract
Jack and Patti Powell (Seller) agree to sell this Pony to ______________________________(Buyer) for the total sum of $_______ (direct sale price plus $100). Payment of the purchase price will be made by the following installments: $500 initial payment then monthly payments ($100 minimum) thereafter with the total purchase price being paid within a year of the initial payment. No interest or other fees will be charged and the unpaid balance may be paid in full sooner than the year deadline. In exchange for this Contract the Buyer agrees not to abuse thie Pony and will keep it up to date on worming, shots, and any necessary medical care. The payments will continue to be paid even in the event of the Pony's death as the Pony is considered the Buyer's property, and there is no limit as to what the Pony may be used for. If the Buyer were to sell the Pony, the balance should be paid in full at or before the time of the sale, and the Powell's would only want the Pony to go to a good home.
To keep up with the Pony for a minimum of the time the payments are being made, the Buyer will send a picture and a brief update with the monthly payments.

If within two weeks after accepting delivery of the Pony the Buyer should determine that the Pony is unacceptable (for whatever reason except new injuries) it may be returned for a full refund except for any delivery charges incurred (pick-up of the Pony is free).
This Installment Sales Contract will be interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is willingly signed by:
