Here you will find just a sample of the styles of cakes that I make for all sorts of events- birthdays, office parties, retirements, religious occasions, receptions, family reunions, anniversaries, weddings, sports and social events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties . Despite being a relative newcomer to the cake decorating industry, my exposure to the culinary arts is nothing new. My mother decorated cakes for as long as I can remember and the ability to cook was instilled in me at a very early age. Since adolescence I have been able to prepare a variety of foods in some form or another. This experience, coupled with my natural artistic talents, has inspired me to strive for trully unique and creative works of confectionary art. Pieces which are limited
Recent accomplishments...
Not limiting myself to a particular genre of designs, I submitted the very first wedding cake I ever attempted into the 2003 Mid-South Fair Cake Design Contest and placed third. Subsequently, I won three 1st place ribbons and a Best of Show award at the 2004 Mid-South Fair.
