Orders
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day and 5 days a week by
e-mailing us by clicking HERE. E-mailing us your orders is NOT a binding
purchase order. We will verify your entry and our stock availability. You will
then be notified via email / phone call, upon receipt of your order. Orders
are then processed Mondays to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm. In certain instances,
Sundays and holidays depending on volume of orders. If your order is approved
and product availability is confirmed, we will be sending you an email
containing payment instructions, final amount, possible discounts and other
details.
Payment
For now, we only offer offline payment. For offline transaction, payment is
via bank transfer/deposit. Our banks are: Banco De Oro, Allied Bank and Union
Bank
Shipping
All payments confirmed before 12:00 pm Mondays to Fridays, your ordered items
will be packed, picked-up and shipped the same day by our authorized couriers,
LBC Philippines, Cebu Pacific & AIR21 mainly for domestic shipping. All
deliveries are within the Philippines, Next-Day, Door-to-Door delivery should
be expected. Our couriers provide real-time order tracking and if available,
your tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email. You can then track
the shipment of your order on their respective sites.
Insurance
Insurance charges are included on the shipping fee therefore all items leaving
our warehouse are insured. We assume responsibility for loss. And if proven,
any damages arising from the handling and delivery of your goods, we'll be
responsible for such.
Warranty
All our items are brand new and covered by a standard warranty. Warranty
period for products covered shall commence from the date of original purchase.
Creative Gadgets cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or
abused by the customer.
