behalf of Clementbury Developments Ltd to the
Amana Trust, a UK charity.

Set in approximately 9 acres of private gardens with
circa. 30,000 sq ft, Bower House, was previously
owned by Ford Motor Co. and combines the elegance
of a Grade I listed building with modern, practical
conference and training facilities.  The Amana Trust
intends to use it for their own training purposes.

The price achieved for the freehold interest was
�3.5 million.
