How is yoghurt made ?
Yoghurt is made by adding live bacteria, usually L. bulgaricus and often L. acidophilus or S. thermophilus, to milk and providing the right conditions for it to flourish. The bacteria does all the work for you.
Yoghurt is incredibly easy to make and if you follow these instructions, you'll be enoying your own home made yoghurt in a few hours.
