EQUIPMENT
These sizes do not have to be exactly the same - near enough is good enough.
- A 1.5 Litre steel container with lid.
( I use a saucepan with the handle removed )
- Another container with lid, large enough to hold the first one with 1 inch ( 25 mm.) or more clearance between the sides of the two.

- Various forks and spoons - for stirring, tasting, moving etc..
- Powdered (instant) milk - get the cheapest you can, quality doesn't count, it will all taste the same when we've finished.
- Containers to hold the finished product in.
