Come Back in 2003 ?
This is a theory that 2Pac will return in 2003, 7 years after when he was 'killed' in 1996 in Las Vegas.
2Pac could return in 2003 to create a political party, in time for the election campaign in 2004. In 2Pac's last interview he talked of having a political party. He would need money to make a political party, by faking his death he could get more than he would if he was alive.
