| It was a beautiful summer morning in Brenzil, when Zel Stone was playing on her computer. She started to get bored, so she called her friend Zim on her phone and asked if he and Zon could come over and play some games. They started to get bored so they decided to ride on their snams. (A snam is a scooter that flies.) |
| Well, they were going to go to the mall, but there was a big traffic jam. Someone's snam had bumped into Zon and pushed him into the Zelmen boys. They were the meanest people ever. |
| "I am so, so sorry and I will never bump into you guys again," said Zon. |
| Rob, the oldest Zelmen said, "You know what, I don't like people who bump into me." |
The Zelmen boys took Zon to City Street, the creepiest street in town, and where the baddest and the meanest people lived. |

When Zel and Zim get to the mall they realize that Zon is gone. Zel and Zim looked everywhere in the city except for City Street, because they were not allowed to go there. Two days had past. The next day Zel and Zim try to find Zon one more time. While they were walking, the Zelmen boys were hiding in between two buildings. They were back far enough where they couldn't be seen, but close enough that they could see Zel and Zim. As soon as they walked past the building the Zelmen boys grabbed Zel and Zim. They blindfolded them so that they couldn't see where they were going. When they removed the blindfolds they didn't recognize the place. Zim looked at the sign at the end of the street. The sign said City Street. |
| "Uh, Zel, I think that we are in City Street," said Zim. |
| "Oh, no. My mom is going to kill me! I'm not even allowed to be twenty feet from this place, and here I am in this street!" said Zel, in a worried kind of voice. Two hours had past. |
| Rob said, "I am getting very, very hungry, so let's go." So the Zelmen boys left to get something to eat. After they left, Zim and Zel made sure that they were gone. The found Zon in a nearby trash can. They ran down the street trying not to look at anyone. |
| When they got home they saw an empty police car in Zel's driveway. Zim's parents' car was there and so was Zon's. Once they walked in the door and into the living room they saw all of their parents worrying on the couch. |
| Ater they had talked, they had their dinner, and all the moms said at the same time, "We are glad you are not hurt, because we love you so much! But, you are grounded from everything except eating and going to school for four months!" |
| They never went out anywhere beyond their yard again, without a parent. |
