She is always able to hold on. Cassidy also shares a tattoo with her partner, Riley Payne.

Teamed with a seasoned detective, Ali was sent overseas to work as case involving drug trafficking. Since working the case, Ali has gotten a team of rather interesting companions. However Ali didn't expect that their reports about 911 would go unheeded. Angered that she didn't get the respect she needed, Ali and Varek worked together to save several children from becoming drafted as Suicide Bombers. The stunt got them off the case and both were cut from the long list of thanks. Retiring from the force after slugging her desk sarge, Ali moved to live in Alaska. However Varek found her a month later and brought her back into action as a cop in New York. Since then Ali has been working as Special Victims Detective. Like Varek, Ali is fluent in several Middle Eastern dialects. A skilled fighter the only person she trusts is Varek.

46 y/o. Once partner to Ali Cavanagh, Varek worked overseas with her on a drug trafficking case. Originally from New York, Varek transferred to SVU after both were kicked off of the case. Hearing of an opening caused by Lake's arrest, Varek took time off to travel to Alaska and track his once partner, Ali Cavanagh. Convincing her to join the group, Varek explained to Cragen that he would personally take blame for her stunts. Since she's joined, Varek was personally blamed for Ali's breaking of a sex offenders nose, the assisting a rape victim get justice, and finally (his personal favorite) hiding evidence from a Federal hearing in order to have the SVU detectives keep a case against a Serial rapist from Iran. But while he knows that Cragen is more pissed that Ali favors rule breaking, Varek knows that they all need some one like Ali. Trained in Arabic, he also knows more about the way prostitution rings work--he lost his daughter (who was also a cop, undercover) to a pimp related shooting.

Coming from a rich family, K-Mart's parents never even came home after Bianca was attacked! Artistic, K-Mart is down to earth, nothing like rich people she is in league with.

Leaving the Army, Huck took his skills of flying helicopters, escape and evade, and thousands of others to the FBI. Now he and another FBI agent may be the only one to stop a conspiracy with in the New York PD if their once allies at the FBI don't stop them first.

To traumatized to talk, the story that Reese and Wes were having an affair ran like wildfire through the force and Reese left shortly after Wes and her daughter’s 5th birthday. Getting accepted to the 16th SVU team, Reese was teamed with Elliot Stabler (While his partner was out of town) Wanting to trust Elliot, Reese has only a few small problems. 1. She can’t get over what happened to her and has vivid flashbacks. 2. She wouldn’t let a guy touch her and 3. She doesn’t like to be left alone with a male detective in a closed room.

Now a third grade detective, Tory must learn once again to work with father and not tell him she's married.

33 y/o. Husband to Tory, Cobb came from a violent past. Mainly working undercover, he left and went to Narcotics in New Orleans. Since then, Cobb has become rather fond of busting cons. He took Tory Munch under his wing due to the bond they shared, and they both worked undercover Narcotics as partners. One being the dealer the other his thug. But he never expected he'd fall in love with his partner. Marrying in secret, Cobb couldn't even take her on a proper honeymoon! So when their old squad became IAB's pissing pond, Cobb and Tory both agreed to go to New York. But before he took her on their honeymoon. Still keeping silent about the wedding to the SVU squad, Cobb is a second grade detective. Though he wont say anything, Cobb has no idea who his father was. According to his father, Cobb was the reason why 'Jack Worthless Cobb' was the reason why she left them after he was finished beating him. Cobb fought back at sixteen and never saw his father again. Over everything, Cobb is more afraid of Munch then seeing his father again.

Since then the two have remained in close contact even with Tory in New York. Though she has never met Kat, CeCe believes she'd enjoy working with Kat due to the girl's wonderful karma. After all who else could have turned Tory around from being a hellion.

She is also an ex FBI agent, that worked in the Terrorist Department with her now Ex husband. The two are on wonderful speaking terms it was just that Binx didn't want to attempt to have any more children when David Cummins, her ex, wanted to keep trying after the bombing and her miscarrying of their first. Down to Earth she still has her training as an FBI Agent and in the Terrorist Department it was just that she didn't want to see any more death of children. She wanted to change and give them a sporting chance.

Once a cop he was let go when his partner accused him of doing drugs on the job in order to get the heat off of him. Close to Tory he doesn't naturally allow his kids to get into trouble but he's the first to give them a safe haven if they are in trouble and they need help.

29 y/o. Once a working girl, Remy was arrested by Cobb when she was only 17. He attempted to make it a minor offense but it was later linked that she had murdered her pimp for no reason. Though he believed it was for beating her, Remy later admitted it was for drugs. From then on she has blamed Cobb for not forcing her to lie to the other detectives. Still, who knows what prison has done to her. After all from what Cobb knows, it wasn't a pretty stay for the woman.

34 y/o. Sean, called Riddick by Cobb, was once his partner in New Orleans. The only one to actually know about Cobb's wedding to Tory, Sean had been the witness. Keeping silent, Sean stayed in Orleans, while Cobb moved away to New York with Tory. However the one to inform his old partners about LeBeau's release from prison. Riddick then disappeared due to LeBeau. His loyal friendship caused, Cobb to name one of Tory's rescue dogs (Which later turned out to strictly his baby) after Sean--an honor only fit for the best of partners.

16 y/o. To quote Elliot about Sidonie's relationship with Cobb is 'he saved her, for his own reasons.' Daughter to a rich man, Sidonie was his punching bag before she cried rape at her father. Though many believed her father, Cobb risked his badge and career for her. It was his devotion in helping some one not turn out be like him, that helped Sidonie have her father arrested and now is living freely on her own. However while she doesn't keep in contact with Cobb that much due to school and her own life, Sidonie has become another target for some one else. Now due to her disappearance may lead Cobb after the one person who is determined to find the answer on why Cobb is trying to save everyone else 'but not her'--even if it's only to save Sidonie's life.

However even with her mind able to figure out killers and criminals, Sophia was a victim of a serial killer who she trusted. Someone who she didn't expect. Now scarred from his attack, Sophia left the police force only to be called back in by Detective Cyrus Lupo after a copy cat of Anders resurfaced. Determined to catch him, Sophia has also become a target for the killer leaving her in protective custody when not working with the cops. But meeting with ADA Michael Cutter has led her to rethink her departure from the police world.

Close with Goren, mainly because Goren also worked the case Joel still feels out of place with Eames, Logan and Wheeler. To make matters worse is that he's partnered with Lexie Moriarty! Still this down to earth boy will win the hearts of victims families--even if he's still trying to get his own footing in the squad. Closed off about where his parents are, Joel did train Julianne how to fire a gun and is very open about Julianne being the number one person in his life.

Suffering from chronic nightmares of the creature that killed her family, Tristan has never told anyone of those dreams however as the O'Conners and Winchesters hunt...she may find a friend in Sam.

Lying to everyone around her, Dagny met Nick shortly after his return to work in order to assist in several different cases. Her main assistance was also with the Miniature killer in which she and Nick became lovers. It was a simple dancing before they kissed. Now Nick and her have become a rather secretive item. Closed off about her life in Wales, Dagny is a favorite face around the lab even if Dagny and Nick keep it a secret that they are dating and the knowledge that she has CIPA.

She is also addicted to the Sherlock Holmes novels and can recite them by heart. Regan claims that Holmes is the only one who understands her. Regan will also lie about her illness to others so they won't bug her, however Regan may only find Hawkes as her only friend during the whole invstigation.

Since leaving the Army, Marlowe was labeled AWOL, until the Army decided that she had undoubtedly died from withdrawal. Marlowe however was able to join the X-Files division after she saved Trip from one of her past allies. Now she too is looking for Mulder and Scully in hopes of finding a way to regain some kind of life after the war.

After all who else could have told the Galactica and Pegesus ships what it was. Returning again, Anthony was the one to bring Holmes into Whitechapel to try and capture a serial killer named Jack the Ripper. A writer as well, he uses a pen name to write about his father's past in crime effectively. He is the author of the Sweeny Todd stories.
