A crime wave has hit the streets of New York leaving the police department and Mac's team busy with cases involving killed cops, missing cars, and shooting sprees. Now as they dig into the cause of the crimes they learn that it was all instigated by a video game.

When an arrest goes bad and two uniforms are killed, Flack is locked inside the prescient after he and the rest of the squad learn that the tip of the cops coming was from one of their own on the dedicated line. Now Flack, Danny, and Nikki are forced to not only try and get Nikki's siblings out while they also attempt to find the dirty cop. Meanwhile, Mac and the others process the crime scene and learn the identity from that angle.

New York, Hoodoo, Hell Hounds. While Flack and Nikki have relationship crisis they work a case involving someone who believes that they have the right to not only exorcize demons but murder those that assist them.

Arrested in the middle of the night in front of Nikki and her younger siblings, Flack's only hope rests in Mac and his teams hands. Meanwhile Nikki attempts to learn more on the convicts who claim that Flack assisted in getting deals made for them and a thwarted prison riot.

A serial rapist and killer is at loose in New York. However as the others attempt to catch the killer, Flack has to deal with his own problems as he discovers that Nikki is pregnant. Now as they attempt to catch a killer, Flack is trying to accept that Nikki is still able to do her job and find the killer.

The clock is ticking as the team attempts to find Nikki and the other girls. Meanwhile Nikki, held captive by a strange collector, attempts to not only escape from her captor,  attempts to escape and protect her baby. Flack also attempts to hold it together as his relationship with Nikki is brought unfavorably into light.

Danny catches a solo case involving large shipments of Narcotics and dead Chinese. While the homicide falls on Flack’s desk, Danny secretly calls in Nikki’s help due to her transfer to Narcotics only four months earlier. Now all three are forced into a deadly game.
