| Trinity, called by some of her fans Trin, is the first mate aboard Morpheus's ship, the Nebuchadnezzar. She was released on the same day as Ghost, the gunner on the Logos, and although Ghost had feelings for her, he knew she'd never return them. Also, Cypher seems to have feelings for her as well. Her loves falls to Neo when he is released, and damn people, if you didn't know that you certainly don't know squat about the Matrix. During one (probably the first and perhaps the only) of Trinity's visits to the Oracle, she is told that she would fall in love, and that the person she would fall for would be 'The One'. She cracked the IRS DataBase a while ago, which proves her skills, and actually ends up shooting an agent (Agent Jones) in the head (Go Trinity!!). Trinity risks her life for Morpheus in the first movie, a very good thing, as if Neo had gone alone he probably would've died. She also risks her life for Neo and Morpheus in Reloaded, when Soren's people get killed and were unable to disable the back-up generator during the whole knocking out 42 blocks situation. Of course, she also dies during this... gets shot through the heart by Agent Thompson. (starts singing 'You Give Love a Bad Name' by Bon Jovi). Luckily, your friendly neighbourhood Neo was there to catch her as she fell,and later manually restarted her heart. She dies again in the Revolutions, when she and Neo take the Logos and go to the Machine City. Several pipes of some sort get crammed through her, and, sadly, Neo is unable to revive her. |

| My all-time favorite Trinity quote, I just had to put in here. It'll be in 'Quotes' as well. Anyway, it's in the first Matrix film, when they're aboard the Neb, they being Neo, Trinity, Tank, and a plugged-in Morpheus, and Neo announces he's going to go in to retrieve him. Trinity: I'm going with you. Neo: No you're not. Trinity: No? Let me tell you what I believe. I believe that Morpheus means more to me that he does to you. I believe if you are really serious about rescuing him, you are going to need my help. And since I am the ranking officer on this ship, if you don't like it, I believe you can go to hell.... because you aren't going anywhere else. |
