Content: 6/10 - You don't have alot of content, I would open more sections up! Mainly add fan stuff for the fans!

First Impression 6/10
The graphic is pretty, Amy did a good job on it, it's nice and wintery! It would look nicer if it was centered in the page, though. I was kind of confused on the 650x900 and 780x1800...is that supposed to be screen resolution requirements? Those aren't screen resolutions, at least to my knowledge. LOL Instead of having the banners all over the bottom of the page, maybe you could create separate pages (i.e., Reviews, Vote For Me, etc.) to give it a cleaner and more organized look.
Layout/Graphics 15/30
The top graphic is very pretty, once again props to Amy! :D The navigation isn't in a straight line which kind of ruins the effect. The layout is kind of plain. I would also change the font. Instead of using Times New Roman, I suggest Arial or Verdana, in 10 or 8pt. Also, the blue/red links don't really match the turquoise layout, so maybe you could change that.

There's not very much content. You could add fan interaction stuff!

It's easy to find, but like I mentioned above, the graphics are not in a straight line.

It's not extremly organized, the graphic is cute though.
Layout=18/25 pts
The graphics are cute. the navigation doesn't quite match up to the layout on the main and links pages. I'd aso suggest a "updates" header. Along with squishing your affiliates together more. And the Vote For Me text would look better if it was all one color, to match the rest of the layout.

Your splash is very well done! The bright colors attracts people's attention and there are no broken images and it is very neatly set up! Your links are kind of hard to see though. My suggestion would be make them a darker color so they show up better! But generally, the splash page looks great!
