-Stephen sent out an e-mail listing update today. Next Wednesday (October 22), he will be taping another show for Last Call with Carson Daly, and will be performing his rare song, entitled "Halloween" (I heard this song last year when I went to see him at The Stress Factory. Be sure to laugh when he questions about irony during the song.. only a few people, myself included, did so at The Stress Factory show!). -Here's a random little suggestion for all of you out there: never get your nose pierced when you're in the beginning stages of developing a cold. Disaster will most likely result. Right now I'm sitting here with a freshly pierced, throbbing nostril and a case of the sniffles. But hey, the tour page has been updated again! Jump for joy. So atleast I'm being productive while regretting this tiny little pink stud that's been forced through my flesh!

-Yes, I'm still alive. I have been sooo busy with school and work that I haven't had much time to update this site. I'm trying, I swear!
-If any of you remember, a little while back I posted a little blurb about another very funny musical comedian by the name of Bobby Mitchell. I've listened to his CD, and thought that it was really great.. and it's getting awesome reviews from the press, too! Check out this great review from Uproar Magazine. Be sure to check out Bobby's website, and listen to some of his material here - then you'll know that the reviews aren't lying!

-Hey everyone.. I apologize profusely for what's been going on with this site as of late. Or rather, what hasn't been going on with this site. I have been extremely busy recently. I started college a week ago, and have been kept busy with classes and all of the ridiculous work that comes along with that, and when I'm not at class, I'm at my job (hey, gasoline and cell phone bills have to get paid somehow, don't they?). Yeah Yeah, I know, it blows. But it's life. Besides, there hasn't been much to update with anyway. I have not recieved any e-mails from Stephen's mailing list since August 11th (I believe), but I do know that on Saturday, September 12th, he is performing at Town Hall in New York. -Stephen appeared on VH1's show I Love the 70's, providing guest commentary on a number of things. The show began airing last night at 9PM EST, and will continue to air every night this week at the same time. Stephen appeared on the I Love 1970 and 1971 episodes, and whether or not he will appear on the episodes for '72-79 is unknown (it can't hurt to watch and find out!). -Whoa. You know what I just realized? Alright. July 28th is Stephen's birthday (send him birthday greetings via The Lynch Mob). July 28th last year was the day that this site was officially up and running. How cool is that?! So, Just Avoiding Karma.. will be aging year right when Stephen will be. Just some random information that I realized today. I thought it was pretty cool.

-The results are in! Stephen's XM Satellite Radio performance of "She Gotta Smile" ranked 9th out of 150 other bits in XM's "Funniest Fourth Ever" contest. Congratulations to Stephen and his partner in crime, especially on that song, Mark Teich!
