Ok, the new layout is up and I likey. I am still changing a lot of stuff so stay tuned! I watched Pearl Harbor tonight and I thought it was fantastic. I guess I'm a little behind everyone else. Seems like I was the last person on the face of this earth to catch that movie. Anyways I cried for about 3/4 of it, real tear jerker. Dog class is cancelled this week b/c the teacher is ill. That means I have to work Charlie twice as hard for the next week to make up for lost time. Ah, he's pretty good so no complaints there. Has anyone ever played X-Box on a 64" TV??? If you haven't and you like playing X-Box you are missing out. Seriously...rent one and you won't be disappointed. WOW is all I can say. I'm obsessed with the game Obi-Wan. I love it and I'm good at it, which is a new thing. I was beginning to think that I was the world's worst video gamer. Also I picked up a trick controller which is about half the size of a normal one and it fits in my hand!!! That's a big deal to me damnit...these hands are small!! So of course that makes me much better at the games (psych)! Well that's about all I got in me tonight....

Ok yesterday I had no time for the Friday Five so I'm doing it today. Late again this week...if you don't like it too bad! Here we go..

2. What's the worst birthday gift you've ever received? I can't remember. Since I've been with AJ the past 3 years I always get cool shit like a Palm Pilot and clothes. I'm sure the worst was from a certain family member of mine with no taste.

3. What's the best birthday gift you've ever received? AJ got me Ani DiFranco tix for no reason when we were first dating. I didn't even know about the show. It was awesome. He got me a Palm Pilot for my 20th birthday and a leather jacket, Timberlands and clothes for Xmas 2 years ago.

4. What's the best way you've celebrated your birthday thus far? Haven't really done anything great on a birthday yet.

5. What are your plans for this weekend? Friday night went to Happy Hour with the old crew (you know how I do it), Shawna, Tim and AJ. Then to Applebees for frozen drinks and food with AJ, Shawna and Tim. Then played X-Box with AJ and stayed there. Today did nothing great and tomorrow probably nothing either.

Well...the Nikon camera is working beautiful!! I'm extremely happy with it! I'm pretty tired right now and don't have much to type. I had dog training class tonight and my puppy is so well behaved. I have the 2 greatest dogs ever! I signed my Stampin Up contract tonight. Pretty soon I'll have my own little business. That's pretty crazy and exciting and scary. More about that later when I get going. I'm watching Glutton Bowl and its nasty. There is a serious problem with the media in this country and its really not even funny anymore. Ok...last night I got really frustrated with the Kodak camera and after calling Kodak 5 times I just took the thing back. I exchanged it for a much better camera. I now have a Nikon Coolpix 775 and its unbelievable. It was more expensive, but definitely worth it. I've been using it and the software and its been working great so far...pray for me. I don't want to take this one back too!!!! It also came with a really cool picture editor that I've been fooling with. Time to go back to work...lata!

Hmmm...this camera is SWEET. I'm still having trouble with the software, but I think I have it worked out now. I hope so b/c I really want to keep this camera damnit! If I get another error I'm going to have to take it back though. The camera is awesome. Its the software and the connection to my computer that stinks. One part of it doesn't like my computer, but I can't figure out what part...haha.

Well today I bought a digital camera and its sweet as hell. I'm having a little trouble with the software, but I think I have it figured out. It takes short movies with sound and that's awesome to me. I'm so psyched. Also I went to a cool stamping party. It was a lot of fun. I'm thinking of becoming a stamp party instructor since I love that stuff so much. The starter kit is mucho-bucks though so I'll be thinking about it. Off to play with my camera a little.

Well yesterday turned out to be not so bad and today is a better day. I still have to go to the doctors tomorrow though, which I am dreading! Blah. 1. What's the most romantic thing you've ever done for someone else? Hmmm...I'm thinking. Well in the last 3 years I've made a lot of gifts for AJ which he thinks is pretty romantic. When he gets back from AT every year I make sure there is a card telling him I love him and a stuffed animal waiting on his bed when he gets home. Then I go over and climb into bed with him. He's usually pretty tired so we spend the day in bed. I guess we've done a lot of romantic stuff in 3 years of being together.

Crazy snow in LP today. It keeps coming down and doesn't look like its going to stop. I also hear its supposed to get pretty dang cold out there tonight. I feel bad for the people who still don't have power after the ice storm.
Work was completely insane today!!! I didn't even take a lunch b/c I was so stinkin' busy. I got phone call after phone call and client after client in the door. I am so beat right now. I don't want to use my brain for the rest of the night!!! I just want to watch TV - Boston Public, Ally McBeal and Chris Rock on Comedy Central. I've been waiting 2 weeks on that special. Chris Rock rules...funny, funny guy! I wanted to make my bath fizzies tonight, but I can't find a darm squirt bottle in this house. Oh the horror...

Its Superbowl Sunday and the Pats won. Who woulda' thunk it?? Not me, that's for sure. Probably b/c I don't even follow football. Haha. I sure did watch the game though. I was very disappointed with the halftime show. Don't get me wrong...U2 is great! I just could have sworn that I heard on TV there was supposed to be like 10 acts?? So very bored tonight. Just took a test to find out what kind of candy heart I am! Yeah baby...hot stuff! Aiden and Carrie broke up on Sex and the City tonight. Very sad. I almost cried. Yesterday was crazy!!!! We had a huge ice storm that took out all the power in the city. I had power at my house for most of the day, but there was no cable which means no internet. I had to work from 11-5 and since I work in insurance it was a busy ass day. The phone never stopped ringing the whole time. Claim after claim after claim. I was so tired when I got home. Pretty much just sat around the rest of the night until the cable came back on. I drove through the city a little bit and roads were blocked off, power lines were hanging, trees were down everywhere and there was a ton of ice. I never experienced such bad wind and ice in my life. It was like a ghost town downtown without power...scary! Well its better today so I'm off to do something...

Frday Five on Friday!!
1. Have you ever had braces? Any other teeth trauma?
Never had braces. Partial root canal in 9th grade to try to save a baby tooth that did not have a permanant tooth to replace it. Tooth ended up being 75% filling in 11th - had it pulled. Chipped my tooth at a JV soccer game in 10th grade. Hmm, that's about it!

2. Ever broken any bones?
No! Thank God

3. Ever had stitches?
Yes. Can't remember the age, but I think I was around 8 years old. I was running up the stairs before we had carpet on them with big socks and I slipped. I fell to the right where there was another set of stairs and hit the corner about a 1/2 inch from my eye. It was pretty deep and pretty bloody. I had 3 moles removed which involved stitches. Also had a breast reduction surgery that involved hundreds of stitches - painful!

4. What are the stories behind some of your [physical] scars?
Lots of them... Scar on my eye from the above mentioned fall. Scar on my chin from mole removal. 2 Scars on my back from mole removals. Scars on my chest from breast reduction. Scar on my hand from getting drunk last summer and trying to make mini-egg rolls in a toaster oven at Jessica's house. Scar on my leg from cutting myself while shaving in 6th grade. It was about an inch long and I had to go to the nurses office every 2 periods to change the band-aid since it was bleeding so stinkin' bad. I kept calling my mom from the bath - "Ma I cut myself, get in here!" She kept saying - "I'm sure its only a nick, calm down." By the time she got in there the tub was full of blood - Gee I guess she believed me then!! Haha. Scar on the back of my arm from a door slamming into me with a little metal post sticking out. Scars on my elbow and both knees from riding my brother's BMX bike on a cynder driveway and wiping-out! He kept telling me - "Don't take a sharp turn, the bike isn't meant to handle on this kind of loose cynder." Looks like I turned to sharp - It was a bad, bloody scene. I'm sure there are more, but I cant' remember....

5. How do you plan to spend your weekend?
Not sure yet. We are getting pounded by an ice storm. Seems to be clearing up, but you never know. Probably watch a movie, play some X-Box, surf some internet, chat some AIM and sleepies...
