| Crash Bandicoot is the hero of the series. Always puting an end to Cortex's evil. He was created by cortex... and cortex regrets it so much! He can't speak, but actions speak lounder than words. |
| Crunch bandicoot was originally created to destroy Crash, but free of cortex's mind control, he's now with crash and his friends on the good side! He has increible strength and also is good with a Atlasphere. |
| Coco Bandicoot |
| Coco Bandicoot is crash's sister. She was created by cortex too, but her where abouts during crash 1 is unknown. She is a computer genius and once created a warp room. |

| Aku Aku is a witch doctor mask and ever since the beginning, Aku Aku has protected crash and helped him along the way. Either advice or protecting. |

| Penta is a pengium who's history is unknown. He and his friends appear as enemies in Crash 2, he was possiblely in crash 3's dingdile's boss fight and he was in CTR as a secret chararter. (He might of been in crash bash too) |
| Pura has been Coco's loyal companion since crash 3 where she met pura at the great wall of china. |
| Crash first met polar back in crash 2 during the ice ages and ever since he's stayed with crash and his friends |

| Dr N.gin is Cortex's right hand man. He has helped cortex on many occasions. |
| N. Brio worked with cortex in crash 1, and ever since, they have been mortal enemies. He helped crash destroy the cortex vortex in crash 2. He teamed up with N.tropy to steal the riches in crash twinsanity. |
| Half dingo, have crocerdile, dingodile was created by cortex. He has a flamethrower which he torches stuff - including crash... |

| Uka uka is the evil twin brother of Aku Aku, and they always fighting. Uka Uka gives orders to cortex for world domiation. He teams up with Aku Aku in twinsanity to stop the evil twins. |
| Dr Nefarious Trophy is the master of space and time, you can travel any place, anytime. He was also the creater of the time twister machine in crash bandicoot 3 warped. |
| Oxide first came to challenge the best driver of earth to a race in crash team racing. He lost so he left. He appeared again as a playable chararter in crash nitro kart |
| cortex created tiny and by the looks of things he give tiny lots of muscle but no brain. This makes a lethal combiation. |
| Nina is cortex's neice and she was sent to the Academy of Evil (seen in crash twinsanity) when she showed signs of good in her. |

| Pinstipe is one of cortex's most successful creations as he uses a tommy gun as a weapon. This makes him extremely dangerous. He was one of the people trying to get their hands on the million dollers in crash boom bang |
| When cortex was defeated in crash xs, trophy was in charge of world domiation. Tropy used his powers to go into the future and brought back N-trance. Trance used his powers to make coco, crunch and fake crash evil. |
