Framework for Customer Centred I.S. Strategy Implementation
Introduction to the dissertation subjectStrategies for IS that lead to positive impact in the business areas. The “Impact Gap” this is the current status quo could be modelled in the following equation:

User Empowerment, Process Owner Buy-in, User Involvement, User
Acceptance, User
Participation and Executive Commitment. However, these concepts require an
immense appreciation and understanding of turbulence coming both from
within and outside of the environment.
