The history of Cracker Backyard Wrestling stretches back to September of 2000, when three students at Fairport High School pooled their talents to create a cable-access TV show.  The premise: an all-purpose comedy of the same variety as Saturday Night Live and The Tom Green Show.  The name: Crackerjack.  Among other assorted bits, which ranged from chasing a "pigboy" to evaluating toilet seats, the most infamous component of Crackerjack's comedic formula was backyard wrestling.  Four gruesome backyard battles were featured over the course of the next year, from which Crackerjack, Dan the cameraman, Missy the anchor, and Dan-in-a-Can emerged victorious after subduing scores of sub par competitors (much to The Warrior on Welfare's chagrin, however, the episode featuring his victory never aired). Unfortunately, after four episodes, around ten cast members, and thousands of neglected fliers, the show was placed on hiatus by its two remaining co-producers, Brian K. Bonn and David Wilcox.  Though we were quite comfortable with this decision, given the increasing burdens of college and work, we lamented our no longer being able to kick the tar out of each other on a bi-weekly basis.  It wasn't until recently that we began to discuss creating a show that featured exclusively backyard wrestling.  The rest, as they say, is history...
