Blank Gradebook - Portrait layout - PDF format ( 83k ) I've spent a few years refining this gradebook. This has everything that you'd want in a gradebook. There are standard attendance pages with every other row lightly shaded. There are matching student contact data pages, end of year grades, two generic data pages, and a seating chart. I even included planbook pages with 3, 4, 5, and 6 subjects.
Blank Gradebook - Landscape layout - PDF format ( 36k ) Use this in combination with Portrait layout above. The portrait layout for student data, seating charts, lesson planning is fine. But sometimes ( if you're lucky ) the student count for each class is small enough to fit them on a landscape page. If you can, then you can plan an entire marking period on two pages of paper. Which is very nice because you can just open your book and see everything for the marking period. So these pages might be very useful.
Student / Parent Contact Log - PDF format ( 32k ) Photocopy front ( page 1 ) to back ( page 2 ) and cut up the pages up the middle. These fit nicely into 5.5" * 8" invoice cabinet. I used this filing system for invoices when I was self-employed. This system works real well for filing student information. Real handy for parent conferences.
Attendance Log - PDF format ( 39k ) A redundant record keeping of what is recorded in the gradebook. But this is by student, not by class. So it's more useful for parent conferences and school attendance policy reporting issues. This is in portrait format.
Overall Sheet - PDF format ( 31k ) A combination of Attendance Log, Contact Log, Homework and Class Participation Log, and Grades. All on one sheet. It's useful for those guidance dept. requests for information and parent conferences.
Student Assignment Sheet - This is for students to record class/homework assignments, test grades, absences with a place for parents to initial. This is a new experiment that I’m trying out of this year.
Graph Paper 1 - PDF format ( 116k ) 1 huge x/y graph per page
Graph Paper 2 - PDF format ( 45k ) 2 x/y graphs and t-tables per page
Graph Paper 4 - PDF format ( 24k ) 4 x/y graphs per page
Statistics Formula Sheets - PDF format, I used these in my non-AP Statistics classes
