Read, Write,
Create, Review . . . for
food!
How to get rewarded with coupons to use at area eateries: Visit the
Teen Fiction Section. Look in the binder on the counter. Choose an
activity, complete it, turn in your work with a form attached to your
project. You will be sent a coupon to the restaurant that you choose on
the form: Arby’s, McDonald’s, Subway, The Rookies
Den, Our
Town’s Brewin’, Twistee Treat, Weezie’s,
or
Fontana’s. At the minimum, you’ll get a Smoothie or
a
Sundae, and if you turn in Good Projects that show extra effort, well
then, more food!
Projects can involve almost any creative
process
you’d like to use: just clear them with Jill first. Callan
Harrington wrote a H.P. test. Brandy Neustel is working on an Inuyasha
script, Kyle Ehrnsberger is working on anime program ideas, and a group
of teens are earning food for their work on a puppet play.

Like the Logo? Want a T-Shirt with the Logo on
it?
Bring a clean, light colored shirt to Jill, with your name on a piece
of paper pinned to the shirt—she’ll iron the logo
on for
you! |
