The Designer of this Web Site, Alexey Sidorenko, is a Russian currently studying for his doctorate in Moscow!
He and Anna (also pictured) spent the summer in Clyde working at the Turpike plaza, visiting city managers of surrounding towns to learn the 'nuts and bolts' of democracy, and traveling in a big old blue van to area tourist locations, like Niagara Falls.
