| Things you will need: Two pieces of paper one about 10-18 cm. (4-7 in) square and a second piece of a different color (just enough to cut a small circle from it) - a Ruler - Markers - Stickers - a Pin - Small bead - Drinking straw - Small piece of cork - and Scissors. |
| Step 1) Decorate both side of paper with stickers and markers, then take the ruler and draw a lines diagonally starting at a corner to the opposite corner, so you have four equal sections. Step 2) Cutting along the lines leaving approx. 1 cm (1/4 in) from center. Now fold every second corner into the center. Step 3) Now take your second piece of paper and cut a small circle 1.5 cm (1/2 in) in diameter, pushing a pin through the middle of the circle, then through the alternate corners (which have been turned turned towards the center) Step 4) To finish up, at the back push the pin first through the bead and then the straw, finally pushing the point of the pin into the small piece of cork. Tip: Remember to keep the pinwheel, bead and straw loose..( this allows the pinwheel to turn freely.) |
