Step 1)
First cut your cardboard to fit over the front of the cd case (cut a little larger than case.) measure the width you want to make the frame, I made mine 2 1/2 cm, (1 in.) Using the utility knife I then cut the cardboard to make my frame.
Step 2)
Next glue the cotton to the cardboard frame, then measure and cut the material so that you will have enough to fold over each side of the cardboard. (both the inside and outside edge) then glue the material starting with the inside edge to the cardboard.
Step 3)
Cut a piece of fun foam to fit inside your CD case. this will hold your picture in place without using glue, and allows you to change the picture easily.
Step 4)
Cut a piece of ribbon long enough to go around the CD case, this will stop the frame from falling open. glue it to the front side of the case, but be careful not to extend it too far in front (you don't want it to show in front of your picture) Then glue your frame to the front of the case. and add your own finishing touch to the frame.
