The mileage scale
Every once in a while the time comes when you must run your mileage. It is a dreaded time but this is when this part of the web site comes in handy. When you decide you have to run, the number one rule is don't run the whole thing. But then the question is, how much should i take off? Here is a list of situations which you could be put in and the correct amount of miles that should be taken off.


   Miles off                              Situation                       
1 mile              :            Given because running sucks

All of mileage :             Day before a meet

1/2 mile             :           If you had a lab that day

1/2 mile             :           If you had a test

1/2 mile             :           If you had trigonometry         

1/2 mile            :If it rained any time in the last week

1 mile               : If you had to think while at school

Any amount      : If you don't want to run

Any amount       : If you hate running

Any amount        : If you had a work out before

2 miles                : If there was a tuesday that week

Any amount        : Just in spite of the nazis

All mileage          : If you have food to eat

Any amount        : If you want to
