the FCCVB to become paying members or to my program
manager to become approved for the Colorado Welcome Center.
Keep up the great Work!
The Large Brochures have been moved to the lower
shelving and to cut out the middleman we will be moving all
of the back up supply out of the storeroom and replenish the
atrium supply straight from the outdoor shed from March
on.
Opening and Closing Procedures can be found on
the BACK of bookstore training manual.
The newspaper on the front walk belongs to the
Convention and Visitors Bureau. Please bring it in each day
and give it to them when they arrive at 8:30. If you are
volunteering on a weekend or a holiday, please leave it in
the manager's office.
Recycling can be a big job, especially when we
are getting large shipments of brochures in. Please be
courteous to your fellow travel counselors. If you have
counted an item to be destroyed or emptied out some boxes
that can be taken to the dumpster, please put them in the
appropriate place. The closing shift has a lot to do and it
would help them out if the first two shifts could take care
of the recycling from their duties. Newspaper and
Newsprint, White Paper, and Cardboard go to the dumpsters.
All discarded brochures go in the back hallway next to the
lockers for CSU to pickup at a later date. Thank you for
your help.
Baking Soda is now available for cleaning the
coffee pots. Please do not use more than a teaspoon or so
for each pot to clean them though as too much baking soda
will leave a residue on the pots and in the
coffee.

For
Bookstore Volunteers! This is the second month in a row that
we have only had two voids and this is also the sixth or seventh
consecutive month of improved sales! Great Job and keep it up. A
bookstore training will follow the Saturday afternoon
Refresher Training if you are interested.
See you at next month's meeting and I look forward to your
quizzes!
