NOTES FROM HEATHER
February has come in a flash and with it we usher in a month of exciting new changes and information. Please take a close look at all of the information in this newsletter for the updates.
Your turn out at the staff meeting was wonderful! I was so glad to see all of you! Forty-two of you showed up for our January meeting and made it a great start for 2004.I hope to see all of you and more at our next staff meeting on February 18th at 10 a.m. Remember,  if at least 35 of you attend the staff meetings for the first five months of the year  I will hire a band to

play at the summer barbeque in May/June.
Our guest speaker for January, Mark Caughlin, passed on some valuable information on Larimer County parks and we hope to get some new brochures for the Fort Collins racks shortly.  We learned about the new reservation system, the website online, the new changes at Horsetooth, and the reason that Carter is low! For those of you that couldn't make it, call up a fellow travel counselor and have them share what they learned! It is great practice for this summer!

Congratulations To:

Training Video - Actors Wanted!
The Spring Refresher Training Video and Planning is progressing nicely and I am looking for some individuals who are interested in participating in some role-playing for the camera!
If you would be interested in acting for the refresher training video, please call or email me. I am looking for travel counselors to portray both travelers and travel counselors in a multitude of common situations that happen on our shifts. The filming will take place on various days during the month of February.
