Please turn
them in as close to this date as possible so that I can review the
quizzes for any items that need to be discussed at the spring refresher.
I have some quizzes that don't have the amount of time that you spent on
them so please be sure to come in and put your name and time spent
working on them for proper credit. Thank you.

E-mail today to sign-up for the Refresher Training! Please bring
either your shirts or your shirt sizes, your nametag, and your binder to
the spring refresher. Also, if you have any dates that you will be gone
please let me know so that I can start work on the Barbeque and the
Bookstore Dinner Theatre Trip. As with all other staff meetings there is
no formal uniform for this meeting and dress is casual. Refreshments will
be provided for you.

26 3 p.m. Spring Study Trip--Pre Trip Meeting -
All Spring
Trip participants are encouraged to attend to pick up their trip
itineraries and information packets. This meeting is only for those
travel counselors participating in the spring trip.

1st--Friday, May 7th--Spring Study Trip--Heather + 23 Travel Counselors
Gone on Study Trip
We will be
gone on a seven day trip. Anyone subbing for a travel counselor while we
are gone receives double time for a shift they are subbing. My cell phone
does not reach this area and there will be times that I will not be
available so if you have any concerns please contact me prior to the 27th
to avoid any potential foreseeable problems. Thanks.
